After graduating from the Queensland Performers Academy, Kim continued her training with Bruce Alexander at the Melbourne Acting Studio and as a member of his acting ensemble, Arthouse Theatre Company, as well as many other notable Australian and international teachers.

Kim has worked in theatre, film and television for almost 30 years. Her theatre credits include four national tours with Hit Productions in the roles of Meg in the 25th anniversary production of Hotel Sorrento, and Mary Gilmore in All My Love; The Rivers of China (Don’t Look Away/Theatreworks); Truth & Brutality (La Mama); Debrief (Theatreworks); The Fire Raisers (Wax Studios); Macbeth (Arthouse Theatre Company); The Good Woman of Setzuan (Fabricated Theatre Ensemble);  Medea (The Edge Theatre Company, Queensland); Dusa, Fish, Stas & Vi (The Edge Theatre Company); and Anita in West Side Story for Twelfth Night Theatre, Qld.

Her screen credits include Neighbours, Blue Heelers, Offspring and Romper Stomper, as well as feature films and many award winning short films.

Kim also works extensively in the corporate and health education sectors using role play and storytelling as tools to improve communication skills.
